Dangwa Initiative launches its new and improved website
We are so excited about our website and are convinced you will too. The website features our campaign, 'Virgins do not cure AIDS'which is the epitome of our work. As you navigate our various pages, you will learn about the lives of our children, their challenges and the hope we bring to them.

The website is a total overhaul to make navigation pleasurable, easy and give you precise content that will give you a clearer sense of what Dangwa Initiative is all about. Our goal is to ensure that when you leave our website you are not only inspired to support us in giving hope to our AIDS orphan girls and women but also that you will be grateful for the blessings in your life. You will find many ways in which you can be involved from volunteering at our events to donating to our campaign to spreading the word to purchasing our commemoration t/shirt.

Our special thanks to Kimberly Singletary, Conceptual Geniuses and her design team and Iris Skinner, Mustard Seed Marketing for working tirelessly with outstanding professionalism.
Dangwa Initiative Launch $1.3 million Campaign
This is our most ambitious venture yet! As economical crisis hits all of us in various ways, we believe it will hit the less fortunate even harder as traditional resources get redirected and spread thin. It is this recognition and taking a page out of President Obama's campaign that we are asking for $5 donations to raise the money we need to serve AIDS orphans in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe has 1.3 million AIDS orphans, the highest rate in the world; hence our goal is $1.3 million.

$5 per month is what it cost to send a rural based orphan to school. With that small donation, you will pay for school fees, provide basic educational materials and buy uniforms. We hope you can join us on this journey. Thank you.
